ALESSIA FERRARESI PROFILE
Alessia Ferraresi, project designer, a degree as Master of Art at the Ca` Foscari University, Venice. Her many post degree specializations include “Customer satisfaction in the service sector” (2000), “Marketing and business comunication” (2001), “European economic policies” (Bruxelles, European Parliament, 2003), “Principles and methodologies for project design and evaluation on regional strategies and development” (Bruxelles, 2004). She`s got also a Master in Eurodesign at the Venice International (2002).She has worked as a general manager for CNA-National confederation of small and medium enterprises - on the following topics: project design and organisation of the structure InProprio in the Veneto region; design and implementation of innovative services for self-employers and micro-enterprises and management of innovative relations; European project design for the latter based on direct innovation funds; feasibility studies for the creation of innovative incubators; chairperson of the CNA National working group on communication and for the European project design and training groups, teacher on European project design, entrepreneurship and communication. She is president of Global Research & Financing in Tel Aviv - Israel and consultant for EURECNA, OECD (for charter for SMEs) and EBRD.
She has participated in the Strategic planning of the Provincia di Treviso, and in the Green Paper on Entrepreneurship in Europe presented by the European Commission in 2003; project designer and chairperson of a research team for the University of Padua in a project on Self-employers and the micro-enterprises (2003-04); project designer and consultant for Piemonte region`s strategic plan; project and scientific director in Piemonte region for foresight exercises aimed to map regional clusters and to implement policy recommendations for a new regional law on clusters. Recently she has been admitted to the experts database of the IRE on clusters, entrepreneurship (academic spin-off; start up companies) and innovation management (foresight exercises).
Speaker at the National conference on Autoimprenditorialità negli scenari economici e nei cambiamenti normativi futuri, with a paper on “New experiences of coaching the self-employers: the EU contribution”, Treviso, 2003, at the conference for the European project “Millennium train” with a paper on The self-employers – 2003, at the seminar on Development of clusters in Asia with a paper on The european policies for clusters development, Grenoble 2005, at the “Salone dello sviluppo locale” on Le città tra governo e governance: innovazione amministrativa e politiche istituzionali, Barletta 2005, and at the international workshop on The new division of labour, London 2005.
